Kansas City Royals

Fans cheering on the Royals at Kauffman Stadium.

The Royals training staff and our Sports Medicine and Performance Center team work side by side during spring training, throughout the season at the ballpark and at our clinic next to Kauffman Stadium.

How we help

The Royals trust The University of Kansas Health System because they know we are committed to providing the best care in the game. We give that same level of care to everyone, whether it’s for professional athletes, young student athletes or those happy to remain fans. No matter who it is, they can see the same experts who care for the Royals.

Together, we cover all the bases to keep the boys in blue healthy, on and off the field. We also keep fans healthy, staffing the first-aid stations during home games at The K. And we support many of the ball club's health awareness days, with health system physicians and experts educating Royals fans on important topics like cancer awareness and stroke prevention.

We place a high value on our relationship with The University of Kansas Health System. They are focused on making sure our athletes are healthy on and off the field and are dedicated to the well-being of others throughout our community.” John Sherman
